Join our presenters, business professionals, and career counselors for an evening focusing on opportunities in Economics, Finance, and Accounting. Are you interested in nursing but not sure how to enter that field? Are you concerned about your options to go to nursing school if you don’t have an undergrad in nursing? Are you an undergrad nursing student that wants to learn about a Master’s program in the future? If you answered “yes” to these questions, then this workshop is for you.
This special three hour conference will provide you with the information you need to begin your nursing journey by learning about the admissions process for Accelerated Bachelor’s and Master’s programs (for non-nursing students) and generic Master’s programs (nursing students) from the following schools: • UCLA • Western University • Loma Linda • Mount St. Mary’s
You’ll also get a glimpse of what the nursing profession is like by hearing from a panel of practicing nurses specializing in different areas. They will share their perspectives on work/life balance, the job search, transition from student to professional and much more. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions of our guests in a “meet and greet” session at the end.
