SPOTLIGHT ON CAMPUS RESOURCES: RESTV

Did you know that the Office of Residential Life produces a variety of webcasts? Take a look at ResTV to view everything from UCLA soap operas and sitcoms (“The Hill”, “Best Years”, and “The Studio”),  tips on eating on a student budget (“Everyone Eats”), a look into other people’s dorm rooms (“Cool Rooms”), and even our own version of project runway (“Resident Runway”). ResTV also provides guidance on UCLA events, resources, and health and safety. See “Health and Recreation” for cold and flu tips and “Weekly Announcements” for campus news.

UCLA CAMPUS ACADEMIC REGULATIONS: CLASS STANDING

Class Standing is a reflection of units completed, not time spent at UCLA. Therefore, if you come in with AP, IB, or transfer credits, you may find yourself classified as a sophomore or higher, even if this is your first quarter at UCLA. The breakdown is as follows:

Freshman (UFR) 0-44.9 units

Sophomore (USO) 45-89.9 units

Junior (UJR) 90-134.9 units

Senior (USR) 135 or more units
