Finance Position with Cisco

Job Description:  Finance Undergraduate Full Time

The Finance Undergraduate full-time program provides an environment in which the participants will gain:

Experience: Finance Undergraduate Program participants will rotate through two Finance roles determined by their area of interest and current business needs. Participants will also have opportunities to support team-based projects and complete individual stretch assignments.

Exposure: Located at corporate headquarters in San Jose, California, participants will collaborate and interact with managers, cross-functional teams, and other Finance Undergraduate Program professionals.

Education: In addition to core projects, participants will increase their skill level and business acumen by engaging in professional development workshops, function specific training, and business seminars led by world-class subject matter experts.

Desired candidates will have:

  • BA or BS with a concentration in Finance
  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence others
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Capability to take on increased work load and responsibilities in both scope and scale
  • Learning agility to  process information, apply new ideas, and change approach as necessary
  • Desire to work towards increased responsibility and influence
  • Ability to earn trust from multiple audiences and be acknowledged by peers as both effective and trustworthy
  • Openness to listening to and acting on constructive feedback
  • Ability to embrace change and work effectively with ambiguity
  • Willingness to relocate to corporate headquarters in San Jose, California
