Fall 2008
Friday, September 26th: Classes were dropped if fees were not paid
Friday, October 10th is the last day to:
* CHANGE Study List (add, drop courses) without fee through URSA
Friday, October 17th is the last day to:
* ADD courses with per-course fee through URSA
Friday, October 24th is the last day to:
* DROP nonimpacted courses without a transcript notation (with per-transaction fee through URSA)
Friday, November 7th is the last day to:
* CHANGE grading basis (optional P/NP) with a $5 fee per course through URSA
Friday, November 14th is the last day to submit:
* Weeks 5-7, NON-IMPACTED LATE DROP through URSA with a transcript notation ($20 fee per course)
Friday, December 5th is the last day to submit:
* Weeks 8-10, NON-IMPACTED RESTRICTED LATE DROP petition (maximum of 3 during your academic career at UCLA;
$35 fee)

Academic Workshops

All workshops are held in Covel Commons Room 203 unless otherwise noted.
To sign up for a workshop go to http://my.ucla.edu and login to your personal My.Ucla account.
Click the ‘Services’ button at the top of the page then double click the desired workshop to select day and time.
If the workshop is not listed in MyUCLA, there is no need to sign up.

UCLA College Academic Regulations:
Credit Detail Change
You have until Friday of the 6th week of classes (please consult the Schedule of Classes calendar for
exceptions to this deadline, i.e. in 2006 Fall quarter the deadline is Thursday of Week 6) to change the
grading basis of a class through URSA. After that point, you will need to petition the college for an
exception to the Credit Detail rule. Only under extremely rare circumstances are exceptions made to this rule.
