The only Economics courses open for priority enrollment are Econ 1, 2 and 19.
UCLA Economics does not give out PTE numbers! Professors don’t have them either! The only way for you to enroll in a course is through URSA if you meet the enrollment requirements or have a counselor enroll you if the course’s prerequisites were completed elsewhere. You must submit proof of enrollment, your student ID number and the nine-digit course codes of three open sections when asking to be enrolled.
If you are on the waitlist for an Economics course, you may want to enroll in another course just in case someone does not drop the course as you will not be added otherwise.
